Student Grievance Redressal Committee
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) at Vedanta School of Nursing and Paramedical Science is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and confidentiality in resolving student grievances. Our committee, known as “SGRC,” comprises esteemed individuals committed to fostering a supportive and conducive learning environment.

Objectives of the SGRC
- Free Expression: Provide students with a platform to freely express their grievances while ensuring utmost anonymity.
- Efficient Resolution: Establish a mechanism for the speedy and expeditious resolution of grievances.
- Counseling Support: Offer appropriate counseling to students throughout the grievance resolution process.
- Promoting Relationships: Foster cordial relationships among students.
Functions of the SGRC
- Complaint Review: Thoroughly review complaints received by the SGRC.
- Natural Justice: Adhere to the principles of natural justice when considering grievances.
- Recommendations: Provide comprehensive reports with recommendations, if any, to the Vice Chancellor of the affiliating university.
- Surveys and Solutions: Conduct surveys to identify student problems and propose suitable solutions.
Membership
A student representative is nominated by the principal based on academic performance, excellence in sports, or outstanding co-curricular activities.
Mode of Submitting Grievance
An aggrieved student can submit their grievance through:
- The online portal provided on the website of the college or;
- Email at grievance@vedantasnps.com
- Dropping the complaint in the grievance box.
